Few Details, Many Options
Not many details have been released about this incident so far. We don’t know the exact cause of the wreck, so it’s impossible to know for sure which driver was at fault. In general, most rear-end accidents are seen as the fault of the driver in the back. This is not always the case, though. As police continue their investigation, more will become apparent about each driver’s role in the wreck. Until then, the victims and families of the deceased should consider speaking with personal injury and wrongful death attorneys to protect their rights.
Filing a Wrongful Death Lawsuit
Depending upon the specifics for this incident, the family of the deceased victim may have grounds for a wrongful death lawsuit.
