Buckle Up for Safety
It has not been made public, but chances are good that the kids involved in this wreck were not properly restrained. Given that they were ejected from the vehicle, it is obvious that they were not buckled up. Details about their injuries were not given, but we can only hope that the children make full recoveries in spite of how serious the collision was.
Car crash victims have the right to pursue legal action against the person who caused their collision. If the driver of the Mercedes suffer serious injuries, they may want to seek compensation for the damages they sustained in the crash. A Virginia car accident attorney can help investigate the crash and ensure the victim is not stuck footing the bill for expensive repairs and medical bills.
